Baptized Catholic adults may receive Confirmation at St. Louis Cathedral on the Solemnity of Pentecost, which is offered once each year.  St. Edward offers the OCIA program with lessons for adults preparing for this sacrament.

Anyone over 18 years old who is interested in receiving the sacrament of Confirmation may contact the Parish Office, (504) 888-0703, for information and to register.  All registrations are to be submitted to the Parish Office prior to August 30th, as meetings begin after Labor Day in early to mid September.

You will need to supply a copy of your Certificate of Baptism with the completed Registration Form.  A Sponsor Testimonial Form is to be completed and later submitted for review.
